Patients who come to the clinic for treatment are often in need of having some specific exercise that they can do as part of their daily routine to bring their bodies back to health and to maintain good posture and energy flow.
You will be given some simple yet highly effective exercises to take home as part of your treatment plan. These exercises may include Qi Gong, joint mobilisation exercises or some simple breathing and meditation techniques to calm your mind.
These calming exercises are especially effective for regulating the balance between the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nerve systems of the body.
